Problem

A parental-control product was trapped in a brittle legacy app that made releases risky and new product work expensive.

Constraint

Preserve useful behavior while migrating the product, adding real payments, and giving the team an operational admin surface.

Decision

I led the refactor and cross-platform migration, then owned the admin platform, payments, and App Store delivery as one connected release system.

Outcome

A maintainable, store-published platform the team could operate and continue improving with confidence.
